    2. USERS OBLIGATIONS

    To facilitate the seamless and effective delivery of our consultancy services and to enable us to achieve the intended outcomes of our engagement, Users hereby acknowledge and agree to undertake and fulfill the following responsibilities:

You further agree to promptly update your account information, including your email address and contact details, to ensure that we can effectively complete your consultancy services and communicate with you as necessary.

    No Return and Refund Policy
    By engaging our consultancy services, clients acknowledge and agree to the following terms regarding returns and refunds:

    Due to the inherent nature of the services provided, all engagements are deemed final and irrevocable;

    All payments made in connection with the services are non-refundable, and clients expressly acknowledge that they have received substantial value from said services, thereby waiving any entitlement to a refund.

    Confirmation of Service Request Upon acceptance of your consultancy service request by us, you will receive a confirmation email. This email will include:

It is the client's responsibility to review this confirmation carefully and ensure that all details are accurate. Should you identify any errors, or discrepancies, or have concerns regarding the service request, you must notify us in writing within 24 hours of receiving the confirmation email. If no such notification is received within this timeframe, we will consider the service details to be correct and proceed with scheduling as outlined in the confirmation.
  • SERVICE REQUEST PROCESSING AND LIMITATIONS
    We reserve the right to reject or not process your service request under the following circumstances:

  • Payment Issues: If your chosen payment method is declined, your service request will not be processed. Please ensure that your payment information is accurate and that sufficient funds are available.

    No Warranty and Indemnity
    You agree that you will be personally responsible for your use of the Service, and you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Hospitality Fundamentals LTD and its officers, directors, employees, consultants, partners, licensors, affiliates, subsidiaries, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ and accounting fees and costs, arising out of or in any way connected; Our services are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without any warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise.
